The Town of Camden, Maine is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of the former Apollo Tannery Site located at 116 Washington Street, Tax Map 114, Lot 18 in the Town of Camden. The Town has received funding through the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Brownfields Clean-up program to assist with the clean-up of the former tannery site; and is seeking proposals from entities to work collaboratively with on the site’s clean-up and redevelopment.
