PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT - MECHANIC

The Town of Camden is now accepting applications for a full-time position for a Mechanic at the Public Works Department. T

This is skilled work in the repair and maintenance of a variety of public vehicles and equipment including automobiles, light and heavy trucks, and all other special and standard municipal equipment and attachments.  Duties including assisting the public works crew in seasonal activities including general road repair, snow and ice control.  Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License and inspection license for commercial vehicles or be able to obtain within one year.   Experience and or education as an automotive mechanic is preferred but not necessary.

Applications will be accepted at the Town Manager's Office, 29 Elm Street Camden, Maine, until Friday, September 18, 2020.
