Requests of Interest Town of Camden 7 Willow Street

The Town of Camden, Maine is accepting expressions of interest for the purchase of the Town’s interest in the tax acquired property located at 7 Willow Street (Tax Map 119, Lot 236-000). The building is in a state of disrepair and is need of complete rehabilitation. It is the intent of the Town to have the building rehabilitated. The Town envisions working with an entity that will towards addressing housing affordability in Camden. Expressions of interest should be sent to Jeremy P.
