In honor of Earth Day we will be sending out teams of volunteers over two days (Friday and Saturday) to clean up the trash that has accumulated along Camden's roads.

Details: We'll be meeting in Hannaford Parking Lot at 9am on both Friday and Saturday to distribute safety vests, trash pickers, trash bags, and road assignments.
It has long been a tradition and habit of many Camden residents to quietly take on this task as they go about their lives, but too many of us walk and drive right by litter, imagining perhaps that someone else will pick it up. As Leonard Lookner was fond of saying "if you see it, you own it" and "sometimes we all have to clean up after our neighbors."
Let's get together and have a little fun getting our town cleaned up for Spring.
